I have stayed in the superior king room with a private safe, a minibar, and central heating. The location is peaceful and unbeatable in a shopping area, close enough to Alcala historic center, restaurants and bars and the suburbs.

Loved the spa, especially the Turkish bath. Great terrace for breakfast and access to the pool. The gym was perfect for those who actually enjoy exercising. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants nearby.

WiFi in rooms does not work. Restaurant has very poor choise during summer (only cafeteria). Noisy due to location close to highway. Location makes it difficult to go out without a car. Therefore price too high.

The hotel is situated close to a motorway. the area is quiet. - I booked a twin room online but got a double bed with a balcony and terrace. - the food offered was varied. - the staff was friendly.

The hotel was bright, clean, and modern. The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold items. The hotel's location was convenient, with a big shopping mall within walking distance. The balcony overlooking the pool was a nice touch.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in an industrial area and had a fantastic experience. The service was top-notch and the staff spoke excellent English. The room was comfortable and had a lovely terrace with garden furniture. The hotel had a variety of amenities, including a spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a fitness studio. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site car park and the 24-hour reception.

Although the staff could have provided better service, I would still highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel offered great amenities, including a nice indoor pool and gym, which made our Thanksgiving stay enjoyable. the location made it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants, which was a great convenience.

We found the rooms to be a bit outdated and in need of some repairs. the noise level was quite high at times, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.
